Ethisphere is Hiring a VP of Sales Near Scottsdale, AZ

The VP of Sales is a senior leadership position that provides leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to Ethisphere’s Sales Department. As the organization’s manager of sales, the VP of Sales is accountable for overall sales channel performance, the profitable achievement of sales channel goals, and for aligning sales objectives and operations with the company’s business strategy. This person will oversee the sales executives with a goal to meet or exceed sales revenue targets and contribute to the enterprise value of the company. The VP of Sales reports to the CEO.

  • Build and develop a high-performing sales process and team, delivering on a $10 million sales target in 2024.
    • Tracks performance against established sales quotas.
    • Partner with CEO to create and maintain equitable sales territories.
    • Achieve >3X pipeline to quota ratio.
  • Meticulous ability to manage and monitor deal progress, forecast and performance.
    • Hire and onboard RevOps Manager to improve accuracy, efficacy, and efficiency of sales analytics and reporting.
  • Provide sales reporting metrics and KPIs to the Board on an established cadence.
  • Develop and implement programs meant to identify new channel partners and nurture existing channel relationships.
    • Partner with the Marketing team to develop the strategy and tactics for effective lead development campaigns, including the review of content, sales materials, outreach, and measurement.
  • Develop a data-driven sales plan that is grounded in rigorous measurement and performance metrics.
  • Lead the learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization to develop sales talent.
  • Further develop a system to effectively onboard new sales executives, enabling them to reach success quickly
  • Provides leadership to the sales organization, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.


  • 10-15 years’ sales experience; 5 years managing sales team
    • Experience in B2B sales required
    • Experience in private equity or venture capital backed company required
    • Experience in SaaS sales preferred; Experience in consultative sales preferred
  • Recent history of hitting and exceeding growth and revenue targets using Salesforce
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing sales teams, with rapid overall growth.
  • Experience creating and revising compensation plans, territories, and quotas for a growing sales organization.


  •  Competitive pay, OTE starting at $300,000 annually
