Manager, Global IBP is a supervisory and oversight role:
• Provide analytics to reconcile cycle over cycle demand plan changes and supports gap closing decisions
• Update reports timely and accurately
• Lead ad hoc projects in the demand planning function
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and reconcile the gaps between the Retail Plan and the Demand Plan
• Provide analytics across the multiple business segments (Innovation, Promotional, Basic business)
• Review sales drivers and Risks&Opps to explain and contain gaps between the Demand Plan and the Retail Plan
• Offer analytical support to provide fact-based evidence of areas of improvements (anomalies, lack of information, delayed information, IT constraints, master data nomenclature …)
• Work with Regions and Brands to guarantee timely and complete submission of the Demand Plans, every cycle
• Work with Finance to guarantee alignment and update of the key financial inputs (plan rates update, DVFR new brand integration, CPM calendar, promotional investment information…)
• Work with the Plan COE team to introduce new capabilities and analytics and to improve the statistical forecast
• Provide analytics on Innovation and High Traffic Shopping Moments (HTSM)
• Support and drive adoption of global routines and policies
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in Planning, preferably in a Demand Planning role
• Knowledge of, and experience with forecasting, demand planning, innovation planning and S&OP/IBP
• Ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders
• Ability to extract the main evidence from a data set
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with hands-on experience with forecasting and planning tools
Capabilities:
• Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously
• Ability to work within and across multiple functional teams, collaborating with Planning, Brand, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial stakeholders
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Execution oriented – thrive under pressure with a demonstrated ability to get things done
• Strong attention to detail – ability to accurately manage, update, maintain large datasets
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field
• Direct experience: 3-5 years of related experience in Planning preferably in a Demand Planning/IBP role
• Knowledge of, and experience with forecasting, demand planning, innovation planning and S&OP/IBP
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $81,000 to $133,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
