ESSENTRA COMPANY LIMITED is Hiring a Territory Sales Representative Near Iowa City, IA

Essentra Components is immediately hiring for a Territory Sales Representative based in either Minnesota or Iowa to join our team. In your role as the Territory Sales Representative you will be responsible for increasing sales revenue through building strong relationships with current clients, prospecting and cultivating new clients in addition to partnering with our established distributors to increase sales through out the region (Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Kansas, North Dakota and South Dakota).

As a goal-driven Territory Sales Representative you will have an opportunity to call on and consult a wide range of clients from equipment manufacturing, automotive, industrial electronics, fabrication, medical devices, renewable energy, production machinery, construction and agriculture to help solve their challenges. Essesntra is a global market leader in plastic injection molded, vinyl dip molded and metal components.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing strong prospecting and cold calling skills grow our client base.
  • A consultative approach to coordinate with clients on proposals, technical support, samples, quotes and/or any customer issues.
  • Ability to field commercial and technical questions posed by seller, customers and internal support functions within the company.
  • Must be willing to travel between 50% - 75% of the time.

Who we are looking for:

  • An effective communicator with a track record of proven consultative sales skills.
  • Previous hands on experience utilizing a CRM to track and deliver
  • Outstanding Customer service.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Previous outside sales experience as a manufactures rep, preferred
  • Must be able to travel primarily throughout the assigned territory of Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Kansas, North Dakota and South Dakota.
