Essential Healthcare Management is Hiring a Staffing Coordinator Near New Haven, CT
New Haven Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join its team.
Prior experience is a must!
Ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and have excellent communication skills.
Job Duties:
Schedule and maintain staffing ratios based on resident census.
Ability to manage urgent staffing needs.
Maintaining up to date master schedules along with tracking daily staff.
Ability to cover staffing needs from position openings, vacations, leaves, no call no shows, callouts, etc.
Work with Nursing Management to ensure all necessary openings are covered.
Communicate effectively with staff and management.
