ESS is Hiring a Concierge Near Washington, DC
We are seeking a personable, dedicated Concierge who has a keen eye for detail and will follow through on tasks. We are looking for someone who is able to work well with others as a team player, regularly communicate in a sincere and friendly manner, and make quick decisions on the fly. A successful candidate will be extremely organized, possess strong leadership skills, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in order to facilitate daily operations at our high-end catering company.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests
- Provide information on local attractions, entertainment, and area events.
- Direct guests and provide information on public transportation.
- Answer questions about services and amenities.
- Resolve guest concerns.
- Deal with guest issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.10 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- On call
- Overnight shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Washington, DC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
