Job Title: Night Stocking Supervisor AKRR Project - $19.00 per hour
Summary Assists the management team in the nighttime oversight of train operations, including train arrival, managing stockers, overseeing onboard reporting, and product control. Ensures accurate inventory is taken nightly onboard the train and correct ordering procedure is followed for all consists.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervises staff of 3-4 employees in food service. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
State of Alaska Food Handlers Card; TAP Certification, First Aid and CPR Certifications, and Driver’s License with good driving record
Education and/or Experience
Two years Supervisory experience, two years cash handling and/or data entry experience
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports/orders. Ability to speak effectively before customers.

Work long nighttime hours, occasionally on a slow moving

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
