Tier 3 Espresso Machine Technician
Location: Indianapolis office, customers throughout the state. Will visit Various location (including restaurants, bars, coffee shops, hotels, etc.)

Job Description : Tier 3 Espresso Machine Technician will

• Operate a company provided vehicle while traveling to customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with each service call.
• Maintain accurate service records and inventory of parts used.
• Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.

Prerequisites:

• Know how to use a multimeter.
• Strong technical aptitude and a keen eye for detail.
• A working knowledge of electricity and electrical components
• Have solid troubleshooting skills.
• Read/write/speak English - other languages are very helpful.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 65lbs two or three times a day.
• Be able to stand for two hours.
• Able to work independently at a customer's location.
• Understand basic plumbing.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with each service call.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Previous repair knowledge on coffee and espresso equipment required
