We are looking for Technical Operations (DevOps). to support our current remote team anywhere in México.

About the Role:

• Lead and provide architectural inputs to teams working together to build and deliver features.
• Design and build compelling features that leverage AI/ML services and enable enterprises to provide exceptional experience to the employees in their day-to-day function.
• Design and build integrations that allow enterprises to seamlessly extend Espressive services with third party applications.
• Create, maintain and document secure REST APIs to meet product requirements.
• Optimize your code and data to ensure scalability and performance.
• Write unit tests against newly created components to keep code coverage up.
• Work across AI/ML, Platform, and Operations teams to solve complex challenges together.
• Collaborate with front-end team to ensure APIs meet requirements for delivering a robust user experience.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to validate and resolve defects.
• Work with the product/UX team to address challenges in a production application.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.

You will bring to the Espressive family:

• Strong Python and database skills.
• GO is a plus.
• Good understanding of frameworks such as Django will be a strong plus.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable cloud application.
• Able to integrate multiple data sources into one system.
• Experience in building enterprise cloud-based applications preferred.
• Knowledge of technologies such as web sockets, Message Queues, Caching, PubSub, NoSql.
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments is a strong plus.
• Understanding of Natural Language Generation (NLG), Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a plus.
• Understanding of algorithms in Multilingual Conversational Systems for intent, entity detections, and automated conversations is a plus.
• Experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of container technologies such as Dockers.
• Strong debugging skills.Keen eye for cloud product security.
• Attention to detail and confidence working in a large application required.
• Experience working in agile development environments preferred.
• Experience working with remote teams preferred.
• Good prioritizing skills in a fast paced environment.
