Brand Marketing Manager
Reports To: Company President & Partner
FLSA Status: Full-Time Exempt

Summary
Responsible for all day to day, traditional marketing content, social media, events with a focus on brand image, brand presentation and consumer engagement. Department includes Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Design.
Position will work hand in hand with ERIK'S Digital Brand Manager and company leadership.
Must have the commitment & drive to stay ahead in a High Performance, Fast Paced Retail Environment while remaining current on product and consumer trends

Position Requirements
Experience
- Associates or bachelor's degree in marketing or, related field.
- Experience in the cycling, ski or, snowboard industry a plus.
Skills
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to build relationships and trust with all levels of the organization.· Exceptional organizational skills and diligence.· Ability to multi-task and set and follow priorities.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Strong leadership, problem solving, and planning skills.· Ability to work in a self-directed mode.· Work well under pressure and the able to respond to continuously changing needs.

- Microsoft Office 365 experience and familiarity
Working Conditions
- Work is typically performed in an office environment.
- Physical requirements include sitting or standing for extended periods of time, typing, use of general office equipment and occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility to work a wide variety of hours, including weekends as needed.
