Erie Neighborhood House has provided the most comprehensive support immigrant and low-income families in Chicago need to thrive and has constantly evolved to meet their needs. Today, Erie House is a modern social services nonprofit with programming and resources for children and youth, mental health and community wellness, adult education and training, legal services, and more. Through these programs, we empower the people we work alongside to build powerful communities.
Youth Program Manager has experience providing youth centered, trauma informed services to youth and families from diverse backgrounds. Youth Program Manager will work alongside and collaborate with other ENH staff, partners and youth to create youth centered programs, coordinate collaborations and supervise youth staff. Position includes flexibility and ability to work evening and weekend hours as necessary.
The Full Time Youth Program Manager will be a position in partnership with Proyecto Cuidate directly impacting the South Lawndale community and surrounding neighborhoods.

POSITION SUMMARY:
§ Conducts surveys, screenings, case management and supportive services as needed.
Youth Program Manager will have a strong understanding and experience in grant management, developing and implementing youth centered programs, trauma informed services, familiarity with community violence and resiliency, and reflective supervision.
