Stocks & Picks parts in support of MRO, Aircraft Operations, Sales and Engineering, primarily using a Parts Picker, Forklift and Pallet Jack. Fields phone calls from shops. Performs all functions of the OIS Kitting process.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Pulls aircraft parts (FIFO) to support MRO, Aircraft Operations, Sales and Engineering.
• Operates Forklift, Pallet Jack and/or Parts Picker. May perform part picking tasks on Part Picker up to 25 ft in the air while harnessed.
• Stores and stocks items according to established procedures.
• Prepares labels for packaging items.
• Performs all OIS kitting tasks, including gathering, organizing, labeling, vacuum sealing, storing and packaging/boxing of warehouse items for transportation.
• Responds to requests by phone or email from shops, Field Services, Sales Departments and Engineering.
• Follows workplace health and safety policies and regulations when handling warehouse items.
• Keeps the warehouse environment clean and neat.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in warehousing preferred.
• Knowledge of Warehousing Operations, Inventory Control, Forklifts, Parts Pickers, Pallet Jacks, Computers and Packaging equipment.
• Ability to operate vehicles, and warehouse equipment, including forklifts, parts pickers, pallet jacks and computers.
• Ability to count accurately.
• Valid Oregon Driver License.
• Good writing and verbal communication.
• Good team player.
• Able to lift 30 to 50 pounds, walk over uneven surfaces, and or stand for long periods. Requires special precautions and/or protective gear and clothing due to potential risk from such sources as moving machinery or chemicals.
• Able to work in various types of weather. Ability to work substantial over time on short notice. May require weekend work.
• Organized worker, who can follow procedures autonomously. Possesses common sense and is safety oriented.
• Detail orientated.
