Who We Are
Founded in 2010 as a chemical distributor company, our business has flourished over the past decade to become a competitive supplier and innovator of specialty chemistry, primarily in the semiconductor space. In 2020, we opened our own facility in Wisconsin and have grown rapidly since, transforming from a distributor to a specialty chemicals international manufacturer. We are a team of 25 today and expect to double in the next two to three years.
Why Join Us
Our philosophy is simple: people first, mission always. We take care of our people so they can take care of our business. We coined the term “Ereztech’s word”: we’re selective in who we partner with, but once we said yes - we deliver on our commitment 100% of the time. We practice extreme ownership: empowering our teammates to take full ownership in everything they do. We strive for excellence: if the standard is the baseline for what is expected, we dedicate ourselves to exceed it every day. We believe in open and instantaneous communication: we strive to communicate in a clear, respectful, and open manner to answer the why and cut to the chase.
If you thrive in an intense, startup environment but want to work for a financially stable and highly-respected company with great benefits - we want to hear from you!
