EquityMultiple is on a mission to transform real estate investing through technology - providing a new level of access to private transactions and streamlining the investment process. We’re a 55-person startup headquartered in New York City making waves in the real estate crowdfunding space.We’re looking for a part-time Technical Support Intern who’s excited to dig in, learn on the job, and help our Technical Support team resolve customer issues related to our platform and products.Our Technical Support team is currently made up of three people who work together and with our Engineering team to intake technical support tickets, resolve technical issues on the front-lines, and escalate more complicated issues and requests to the right people on the engineering team. This is a great opportunity to learn more about technical support and software engineering while gaining real-world work experience. This internship would be for the Fall 2022 semester with the opportunity to extend the timeline with us into the future, including the opportunity for a future full-time role. The hourly rate for this role is $20/hour. This is a part-time role, ideally 10 hours per week.
