Overview
Under the supervision of the Regional Director, the Project Director will be responsible for providing leadership, financial management oversight, and performance metrics to staff.
Responsibilities
- Provides ongoing training and communication to staff regarding new processes and changes
- Maintains relationships with our funding customer and partners to ensure compliance expectations are met
- Engages in partner organizations to assist guests with services both onsite and offsite
- Manages relationships with hotel, food, security, and other vendors as appropriate to promote a positive guest experience
- Performs quality assurance monitoring as well as ensures proper practices are carried out regarding record keeping, control systems, and reporting
- Fosters a positive work environment and culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Five years of experience with developing programs at a management level and two years at a senior management level
- Knowledge of working in a culturally diverse community setting
- Strong communication, supervisory, and organizational skills are a plus
