Primary Responsibilities
- This position reports to the Creative Director
- Produce industry leading design and branding work for the ConTech space
- Champion the EquipmentShare brand(s) in all expressions
- Any given day you might design collateral for: Advertising campaigns, sales kits, product packaging and brochures, pitch decks, trade shows, recruiting efforts, fleet graphics and equipment decals, simple signage and environmental graphics, social posts

The Ideal Teammate
- Has a degree in Graphic Design
- At least 2-3 years professional experience
- Has a diverse portfolio showcasing excellent command of typography
- Is comfortable taking risks in design, and pushes beyond the obvious
- Is intrinsically motivated
- Takes initiative to problem solve
- Has a entrepreneurial and independent spirit
- Applies business strategies to creative execution
- Takes ownership and obsesses over design details
- Can comfortably present design solutions to stakeholders
- Takes a collaborative approach with both internal teams and external partners
- Knows Adobe Creative Suite inside and out (After Effects experience a plus)
- Is familiar with Figma
