Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced talent acquisition specialist / recruiter in the healthcare field who is passionate about matching the right talent with the right positions. The ideal candidate is proactive in sourcing and building a strong candidate pipeline.
At least 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience is preferred.
The responsibilities:
- Own and drive the full cycle of talent acquisition process
- Collaborate with the team to fill all open positions in a timely manner
- Develop and edit job descriptions
- Post the position on the Applicant Tracking system, sponsor the positions on the job boards, and analyze the ROI
- Maintain and report the hiring KPIs
- Screen applications and schedule interviews
- Conduct virtual and in person interviews
- Select and hire the right talent for the open positions
- Update the Applicant Tracking system on timely manner
- Participate in external job fairs
- Source candidates on professional platforms such as Linkedin.
- Create and implement sourcing strategies for difficult to fill positions
- Create the offer letter
- Participate in orientation and onboarding to make new hires feel welcome

Compensation and benefits:
- $50,000 - $60,000 per year - based on experience
- Hybrid Schedule: 1 remote (work from home) day per week
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance (85% of employee medical covered by company)
- 401K with 5% employer match
- 15 PTO 10 holidays.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management or business administration strongly preferred.
- Strong computer skills
- Strong analytical skills
