Seeking an experienced Executive Chef who is looking for a new and exciting challenge at an equestrian sports venue.

Concepts range from fast casual to upscale dining.
Currently looking for a Multi-Unit Executive Chef with experience in Banquet environment, with an eye for detail and an appreciation for quality, service, current food and health trends, and an ability to create superior dining experiences for our guests.
Position Overview
This position has a critical role in the creation, implementation and execution of menus and all standard operating procedures relating to all back of house initiatives including but not limited to research and development, menu planning and training.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and execute menu items for all brands of the company and provide training and support to all culinary personnel and Managers. A drive to define, achieve and execute all initiatives in a timely organized manner all while communicating information in a proactive manner. Have the ability to build a back of house team through clear communication, education and guidance. Create innovative meals with the support of the back of house team with education and research. Expand upon and implement new improved standards of ordering and inventory controls.
This candidate will also need a functional as well as technical knowledge and be able to execute in a high paced environment with the highest level of accomplishment. A “teamwork mentality” is a must. Understanding and following company policy with the ability to make decisions and offering ideas based on a firm knowledge of culinary concepts and company standards.
