The receptionist is responsibe for:
* Managing multi- line phone system in a curtious, professional manner. Always using great customer service skills.
* Monitor front door and greeting and directing all visitors and residetns entering and leaving the facility.
* Assist administration with general clerical duties.
* Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
* Filing various documents and maintaining an organized filing system.
* Assisting with accounts payable and recieveables.
* Operating and maintaining resident PNA accounts.
* Participate in monthly Staff meetings.
Qualification:
* Must be 18 years or older to apply.
* Highschool Diploma or GED
* Previous healthcare experiance perferred.
