Our Headquarter office in Torrance, CA is hiring for a Accounts Payable Associate to cover a leave of absence. The Administrative Assistant will act as a point of contact between members of the wealth management services department, advisors, and team members. You will join a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are focused on delivering on our founding core values: Integrity, Entrepreneurial, Excellence and Community.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizing and maintaining AP mailbox
- Enter vendor invoices and expense reimbursements into Microsoft Dynamics
- Reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Establish and maintain relationships with employees and vendors
- Verify approval on all invoices and check requests
- Assist AP manager with the preparation of 1099 reports
- Reconcile AMEX Statement to receipts folder
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Solid understanding of Accounts Payable
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook & Word)
