Position Overview

The Sales Enablement Specialist will support the sales processes, programs, and system through a continued process improvement that help create efficiencies & drive productivity for the Envoy sales organizations. Communication, content, project, and change management skills are critical to drive sales readiness, sales engagement, sales processes, and sales methodologies. This role will be instrumental in executing initiatives, in standardizing policies and procedures, and in championing for the sales organization.

Note: While our main office is located in Glenview, IL this is a Remote role.

Responsibilities Include:

• Content Management –
  • Creates s, maintains, manages, and owns the Sales Operation Content library – rules of engagement, playbooks, policies & procedures, job aids, cheat sheets, videos, etc. that support & drive sales efficiencies
  • Ability to organize communication to easily explain changes and updated documents in a timely manner
• Change Management –
  • Strategizes with Sales Enablement Manager & implements customize communication plans by audience
  • Proactively advocates for sales organization who partners across the Envoy organization to identify & mitigate risk
  • Audits behaviors, tools, processes, metrics, etc.; leads efforts to prioritize, problem solve, & resolve obstacles in a timely manner
  • Helps to support documentation

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience directly applicable experience in the management of change management, communication-related projects, including communication writing, development, planning and/or editing of content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in effective communication
• Experienced in, and ability to write and edit basic communications for varied audiences
• Fluency in MS Office applications with key strengths in SharePoint, PowerPoint (Med/high skill level – creating and editing decks, formatting, graphics, etc.), Visio, and various visualization tools. 
• Diligent in documenting, organizing, and managing content
