Envoy Solutions is Hiring a Sales Enablement Manager Near Glenview, IL

Position Overview

This role will serve as a divisional leader for helping the business development department achieve its strategic objectives. The role is focused on enablement of NVISION capabilities in the areas of Marketing Excellence, BD Process Execution, Market Intelligence, and Product/Service Innovation. They regularly demonstrate leadership and initiative in working with Marketing, the Business Development Directors, and Account Teams to enhance the overall focus on prospect and client engagement. The overarching goal is to ensure a best-in-class sales enablement process across all NVISION prospects and clients, with consistent and sustainable practices that deliver repeatable, high-quality deliverables, a high level of client satisfaction, and business growth.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Campaign and Event Management
    • Work with Marketing to develop strategies (topics, audience & method), materials, and calendar of BD campaigns
    • Review potential event attendance / sponsorships to further NVISION messaging and create opportunities for the Business Development team
  • Consulting Support
    • Assist, and eventually lead, consultative marketing supply chain assessments
    • Engage with prospects, with a focus on developing insights into their marketing efforts and innovative product/service offerings
    • Support the Consulting team in developing materials for Mid-Points and Final Presentations
  • Business Development Materials
    • Develop materials to be used at all stages of the BD process including About Us, Introductory Presentations, Case Studies, Testimonials, Speech Materials & Offline Marketing Content
    • Third Party Content Curation for BD efforts
    • Responsible for transparent communication of the business to all audiences: internal, external, and clients, as appropriate for each group

The ideal candidate will have:

  • College degree required in business or related courses
  • Experience writing white papers and other client facing content
  • Advanced Microsoft applications experience, specifically PowerPoint
