Experience we are looking for includes but is not limited to, electricians, gas and diesel mechanics, HVAC technicians, and hydraulic and equipment mechanics.

Repairman will be working on commercial and industrial cleaning equipment. This equipment can cover fields from electrical, small engine and mechanical, high-water pressure and hydraulics. An example of some of the equipment worked on are carpet cleaning truck mounts, pressure washers, dehumidifiers and flood equipment sweepers and vacuums, propane burnishers, auto scrubbers, floor buffers, etc. Brands include Tennant, Nilfisk Advance, Prochem, Drieaz, Pioneer eclipse, Hydramaster, Karcher, Diamond Equipment, etc.

Job Responisblities:

• Discuss equipment issues, maintenance plans, and work performed with customers.

• Perform routine engine maintenance, such as lubricating parts and replacing spark plugs 
• Test and inspect engines for malfunctioning parts 
• Adjust components according to specifications.
• Repair or replace worn, defective, or broken parts

• Reassemble and reinstall components and engines following repairs
• Keep records of inspections, test results, work performed, and parts used
