Location: Greater Phoenix Arizona Area (located specifically in Deer Valley, at Pinnacle Peak and the 1I7)

Compensation: Depending on Experience

Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, 401k plus matching, and 2 weeks of PTO)

Schedule: 7 am – 4 pm Monday through Friday. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field
• 2 years of experience in Healthcare Supply Chain management
• 2 years management/supervisory experience over a Supply Chain team
• Aptitude to understand and implement new systems and technology
• Must take ownership of the position, have a great work ethic, and want to excel at the position
• Must have a positive attitude in addition to having leadership skills and abilities

JOB DESCRIPTION: Healthcare Supply Chain Operations Supervisor needed in Phoenix area

We are an advanced, integrative medical center utilizing cutting-edge, innovative technology in the treatment of cancer & chronic diseases. We are looking to add an operationally minded and driven Supply Chain Operations Supervisor with strong leadership experience and communication skills. Previous management experience and the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented position are a must!

This position assists our Supply Chain Manager and team in the day to day coordinating purchasing, ordering, inventory, and other supply activities to provide for the timely presentation and delivery of all materials/ equipment and/or services for the Pharmacy (or assigned departments) in accordance with purchasing policies, procedures, and contracts. The Supply Chain Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for the daily operations and workflows, as well as handling issues as proactively and promptly as possible.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to think critically to solve complex problems. Must be able to forward think and be proactive. Must be able to create new or improve on established processes and procedures. Must be able to think fast and strategize in an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities:  

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of ordering and organizing medications, supplements, equipment, and administrative applications
• Assist in overseeing front-line supply chain staff of eight employees
• Manage inventory processes to efficiently maintain stock levels
• Collaborate with multiple entities and departments to facilitate purchasing, delivery, and process planning
• Implement, review, and update supply chain processes in line with company policies, laws, and regulations
• Maintain cost-effective practices by researching options, negotiating terms and prices with suppliers
• Create and implement operational strategies utilizing supply chain analytics
