Summary:
The Training and Development Specialist will create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development programs for employees.
Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION, SKILLS, and/or EXPERIENCE
B.A. in Human Resources or related field, with 7 years of experience providing training for DSPs and QIDPs.
Must be able to provide training at multiple sites and times to ensure all employees will be able to benefit from the trainings,
Must have strong computer skills, such as MS Word, MS Excel, and general database systems.
Must have the demonstrated ability to multi-task and function in a high-paced environment, a positive “can do” attitude, the ability to think creatively, and strong organizational skills required.
