Roles and Responsibilities:
Management, Planning and Reporting /supervision of a team of 3. Attend reviews, close client contact, review and management of deliverables. Support the Armament SEC’s initiatives that facilitate
organizational processes to align with CMMI for Development best practices. assist the Armament SEC organization in updating and maintaining organizational process documentation. Maintain the process performance data, software baselines, and process performance models such as the peer review prediction model. Support Process Assurance audits. Maintain organizational measures IAW CMMI for Development best practices and documentation. Support requirements development, testing, and user documentation efforts around the process asset library website, audit matrix tool, and configuration management database.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements/Certifications:
- Must have experience in CMMI for Development 2.0, working in DoD environments, and small team leadership. No less than 2 years relevant experience.
Preferred Qualification/Requirements:
- Specific title as a CMMI/CM/process specialist in a similar environment at or serving a DoD client at CMMI Maturity Level 3 or higher. Other experience as a CMMI/software process trainer and/or auditor. Other PI experience (e.g., related to ISO).
