Executive Assistant

Environmental Health Sciences is hiring a part-time executive assistant to help the executive director and senior scientists.
We seek a details-focused professional to help with sensitive paperwork, grant proposals, meeting organization and other duties associated with running a nonprofit news organization. Duties also include ensuring that the public profiles and professional commitments of senior scientists are well organized, reasonably paced, and optimized for impact.
We estimate 20 to 30 hours per week.

Environmental Health Sciences is a nonpartisan, nonprofit news and science organization. We drive good science and journalism into public discussion and policy on our environment and health. Our mission: Get accurate, impactful, nonpartisan information to the public, helping society to act with confidence, speed and foresight on the safety of our health and environment.

How you'll work
We are a remote workspace, but this job is based in Bozeman, Mont.
We have a small office downtown and will need you there for some of your time. Much of the work can be done remotely, and we'll sometimes need you to work across different time zones. We strive to build an organization that fosters flexibility and work life balance.
The pay
$22 to $27/hr, depending on experience.
