We are looking for a pleasant and reliable person to do data entry/processing in our construction company office.
Candidate should have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
An extensive educational resume is not required, if you are self motivated and willing to learn we would love to meet you.
Experience with billing and payroll is a plus but not necessary.
Paid training on any missing skills for the job will be provided for the right candidate.
Working in a single location with parking and also close to the Capital along Bus lines.
Casual dress and atmosphere in a small family owned business incorporated in 2001.
Duties include things such as answer phone calls, track projects and timesheets for payroll and invoice the projects on completion. File electronic regulatory paperwork.
This is a full time year round position that is busy during summer construction season and slower pace during winter months.
