Envera Health is Hiring a Remote People Operations Specialist

The People Operations Specialist at Envera Health will serve as an integral member of our growing team. Reporting into the Head of People & Culture, the People Operations Specialist will work closely with the People Team to build out and enhance the employee experience.

This role will be a balance of performing day-to-day work, while also collaborating and supporting the internal team with various projects. Success in this role requires an individual with an upbeat and friendly presence as well as strong communication skills.

We are currently only hiring in: AL, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IL, IA, MD, MI, MO, MT, NM, PA, KY, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the “people ambassador” and “voice” of the organization, actively engaging and cultivating relationships with all internal stakeholders
  • Works across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding to ongoing employee engagement and other development initiatives
  • Supports all employee meetings, managing logistics, preparing, and coordinating communications, and other associated responsibilities
  • Collaborates effectively with internal partners to identify and execute communication solutions and to garner feedback that elevates the candidate onboarding and employee experience
  • Primes new hires and coordinates onboarding, with an eye towards scaling and improving processes with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Triages general questions and inquiries received from other Teammates
  • Collaborates inside and outside of the People Team on assigned projects and responsibilities
  • Manages the drafting, releasing, and design work of future revisions to the Teammate Handbook
  • Maintains employee information in our HRIS, file sharing systems, and reporting platforms to ensure success during compliance audits
  • Facilitates employee performance reviews and periodic check-ins
  • Conducts interviews with candidates on an as needed basis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or something similar
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in “Human Resources”
  • Proficient with various software applications programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other applications in the Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with intense focus on detail, accuracy, and follow through
  • Serious level of compassion and customer focus
  • A strong desire to go above and beyond to help a Teammates

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
