The Outside Sales Representative, otherwise known as the Damage Consultant, is responsible for the following:
- Build rapport with a variety of different clients and identify how Entrusted can meet their needs
- Convert leads into sales by meeting with clients in their damaged homes and providing an assessment of the damage
- Provide solutions to clients as the consultant in the home, and ensure they are followed up with in a timely manner
- Frequently in the field interacting with clients
- Other duties may be assigned
- Relentless work ethic and high standard of excellence
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness, regardless of who is watching
- Humility manifested in a desire to be teachable and serve others, no matter the cost
- An individual who is able to adjust to challenges and unexpected changes as they arise
- Strong ability to be relational and interact with a variety of different personalities
- Able to have difficult conversations with clients, and provide insight into Entrusted's service offering
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- No need to be the next genius at NASA, but must be comfortable using email, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and various other company platforms and software
- Entrusted's clients see this individual as the expert in the home, and insight is provided into our service offering and how we can meet their needs, resulting in trust and peace of mind
- A specific percentage of jobs responded to must be signed up, ensuring that leads are being turned into sales
