The Corporate Development Manager will support the business with structuring and conducting competitive and market analyses, building SWOT models, working with business units to identify and monitor trends, including identification of key risks and opportunities. This position will report to the Chief Corporate Officer and provide support and analysis to the Executive Leadership Team on key strategic questions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct independent qualitative and quantitative research and analysis on key strategic questions as directed by the ELT
• Play a key role in analyzing potential acquisitions, joint ventures and other partnerships as directed, including financial modeling valuation exercises
• Build financial models to help evaluate transaction opportunities
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Enthusiast to assess potential acquisitions and investments
• Quarterback the due diligence process on active M&A deals as well as seed an M&A pipeline
• Support management teams with drafting presentations
• Keep up to date on gaming industry trends and global technology trends that may impact Enthusiast
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, along with external data sources including sources for published reports, consultancies and industry experts on topics of interest

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in equity research, investment banking, or corporate development
• Experience leading deal teams
• Track record of developing strong relationships
• Self-starter
• Confident presenting (internally and externally)
