Description

With production facilities in Nebraska, Kansas and Texas, Enterprise Properties provides precast concrete products and services to the commercial building, utility, and transportation industries on a regional and national level.

General Summary of Responsibilities:

A Corporate Recruiter is responsible for helping develop and attract talent within positions of high demand. In this role you will be required to recruit and screen candidates relating to roles within skilled trades. This position will also have responsibilities outside of just recruiting. These responsibilities include consistent relationship building within our own company as well as technical schools and business within our industry. This individual is an outside the box thinker and consistently develops new avenues to attract talent proactively that can steadily be used in times of need. As an aspect of Human Resources you will also find yourself assisting with activities relating to culture, paperwork, policies, and ability to retain confidential information.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:

Recruiting

  • Assist with all recruiting activities between Nebraska, Kansas and Texas.
  • Focus recruitment efforts on positions related to but not limited to; General Labor, Quality Control, Carpentry, CDL Drivers, Foreman and mid-level office positions.
  • Complete cold calls daily for high demand positions in order to recruit talent.
  • Utilize current (Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, Radio Ads, Referrals) and develop new avenues to attract and retain talent.
  • Focus on developing partnerships, internships, and sponsorships with Technical Colleges in Nebraska and Texas, ultimately having one filter school for every location.
  • Attend career fairs and college events as the sole representative or with assistance.

Marketing

  • Collaborate with Human Resources on the development of all social media platforms including but not limited to; Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Develop new and improve existing marketing material, platforms, and avenues to attract talent and promote business.

Human Resources

  • Frequently (once per week) visit facilities in order to develop relationships with Managers and plant personnel.
  • Develop a training program or pathway to provide necessary development to current foreman, managers and/or employees seeking a future promotion.
  • Assist with developing culture through small events, giveaways, and making sure all necessary information is within the employees reach.
  • Support locations with aspects related to employee onboarding.

Qualifications


Qualification Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a relatable Business field of study
  • 2 Years working in an industry related to construction or manufacturing
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products
  • Ability to adapt communication style for various scenarios

Other Requirements:

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, technical specifications, cost analyses and governmental regulations. Ability to effectively write procedures, business correspondence and financial reports. Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, vendors and customers.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to identify opportunities for improving work processes.
