About the Role:

Entera is looking for a Head of Product Management to partner and collaborate with the CTO and executive leadership to create a product vision and strategy to win in the residential real estate market. They will build, lead and coach product and UX/UI teams to deliver on objectives, and coordinate with all stakeholders across the company and drive growth initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Product Leader who can understand the customers’ perspective, is business savvy, have a bias toward data-driven action, can break down complex problems into steps that drive product roadmaps, lead product teams, develop strong partnerships with technology teams, and drive cross-functional collaboration on a day-to-day basis.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and evangelize as we execute on our product vision and product strategy across the company
• Establishing a clear vision and Release Plan for our core product and future products
• Manage, motivate, coach, and develop a team of product managers
• Build out and work closely with UI/UX designers to develop and approve user experience flows and designs
• Set the tone for how the organization will embrace project management and planning
• Review business and product results regularly with leadership, suggesting changes to the business or product plans
• Drive growth product initiatives to existing services
• Define, prioritize, and clarify requirements; work with others to understand use cases, features, business and technical rules and define overall product goals
• Identifying ways to assist in product planning through user story development and analysis. Propose new product features and updates
• Create communication and engagement strategies in conjunction with commercial teams to support growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to solve complex problems 

You Should Have:

• 10 years of product management experience and collaboration across functions and organizations, ideally with previous VP-level responsibilities
• 6 years inspiring, managing, and coaching people and teams
• A passion for creating customer value through innovative technology solutions
• The ability to identify industry, business, and technology trends and best practices
• The ability to break down complex problems and design elegant solutions with a focus on usability and data-driven decision-making.
• The ability to collaborate within cross functional teams and build strong relationships across many functional areas within the organization
• Familiarity with leading cloud Design, Prototyping, Project, Program Management and Development lifecycle tools such as Figma, Productboard, Jira/Clubhouse, ClickUp, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to connect, resonate, and establish credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to effectively set and maintain priorities
• A results-driven, data-driven approach and who is both entrepreneurial and action-oriented
• Excellent business skills, include revenue management and forecast expertise
• A budding and/or sophisticated passion for real estate
• An M.B.A. or related business experience
• The ability to be in New York City and Houston, TX on a regular basis
