The nightshift Process Operator role is one of the critical functions within the manufacturing facility. At its core, the process operator will be responsible for the purification and maintenance of a variety set of products. This role will be part of a team that strives to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality while meeting the timeliness our customer’s desire.

Shift: 5:15pm – 5:30am, 3 on/2 off/2 on/ 3 off (rotational/every other weekend off) once fully trained and certified.

$5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus Offered! $2,500 after 90 days, $2,500 after 180 days.

Responsibilities:

• Begin, monitor, and troubleshoot batch-distillation processes from start-finish (working with multiple hazardous chemicals)
• Pull chemical samples using different glass and Teflon vials and submit to the lab for analysis
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as required
• Use SAP to run production schedule, complete work orders, transact inventory, and print labels

Requirements:

• Previous chemical handling experience;
• Safety mindset, proper usage of PPE;
• Knowledge of operating PLCs and working with valves and pressure regulators;
• Piping familiarity and ability to read P&ID’s;
• Previous manufacturing experience: distillation experience is a plus;
• Associate degree in chemistry, process operations, or another technical field a plus;
• Knowledge of inventory management: SAP experience is a plus;
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001;
• Strong technical problem-solving capacity;
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs and push up to 130lbs.
