Summary: Seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in supervising shop floor hourly wage employees in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
Requirements:
Prior experience supervising shop floor hourly wage employees in an industrial/manufacturing setting
Strong leadership and people skills
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
Comfortable leading hourly employees and working in a factory environment
Previous experience in a union environment is beneficial
Preferred Skills:
- 4-year degree in any field
Responsibilities:
Coordinating, scheduling, and providing leadership to hourly wage employees on non-routine and self-directed tasks required to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency objectives.
Monitoring individual/group performance
Taking corrective action including discipline, as needed.
