Responsibilities: Development and presentation of recommended system changes and optimizations Translation of business needs into actionable technical projects, through working with the PMO team in gathering and writing business requirements and delivering them to the PMO team for development. Complete testing and troubleshooting of system changes and optimization, such as UAT testing, End-to-End testing, Regression testing, and Parallel testing Identification, tracking, and resolution of issues and defects within Workday Creation/Pulling data for Custom and Advanced Reports and creation of dashboards Manage daily activities around integrations including troubleshooting data, file failures, error handling and general issue resolution Work with the Benefits and HRIS teams to resolve benefits related system issues and propose process improvements for benefits administration Manage Open Enrollment process in Workday and other OE projects as assigned Qualifications: Advanced knowledge in benefits plan design and administration Advanced experience with regulatory compliance in benefits programs 3 to 5 years of experience managing and administering benefits programs 3 to 5 years of Workday Benefits experience Knowledge of HR processes, benefits, compliance, and integrated payroll processes A highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can work independently, but who also functions as a team member. Proven success working under minimal supervision – this is a highly independent role Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical constituents. Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and independently, meet deadlines and escalate appropriately to management. Additional Information: This full-time, exempt position will be based at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, California.
