Position Summary:
Primary responsibility is to oversee the status and health condition of all the residents, coordinate care with family, outside agencies and residents’ primary care doctor. You will assist residents regarding health-related issues and delegate caregivers and instruct them on their daily functions with residents. You will always ensure staff adherence to laws and regulation. Standards of care will be met and exceed guideline as well as supervising staff.
Qualifications:
Caregiver in Assisted Living/Memory Care, no less than two years’ experience, RN delegated Med Tech with no less than 1-2 years’ experience.
