We are currently seeking a self-motivated and professional Business Development Representative who will be responsible for driving top line revenue by scheduling system demonstrations with qualified healthcare organizations. This role offers significant opportunity for motivated self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment as the organization continues to grow rapidly. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. Additionally, this role will encompass research, cold calling, collaboration, time management, pipeline development and serve as an opportunity to learn and develop your business development skills.
What you will be doing:
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Seek new business opportunities through outbound prospecting of existing and emerging markets within Healthcare
Research qualifies leads and and develop business plans and strategies to meet their needs
Qualify inbound marketing leads
Create and nurture opportunities at various stages of the buying process
Schedule system demonstrations with qualified healthcare organizations
Requirements
What we are looking for from you:
BA or BS Degree
1-3 years experience in a sales environment
Coachable with ability to adapt and overcome challenges
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A persistent desire to learn and advance; financially and professionally
Someone with a strong technical aptitude, who works well independently and in a team environment
Previous experience with senior living, skilled nursing, home health or hospice organizations preferred
Previous experience in B2B SaaS and/or experience working with a CRM and/or marketing automation platforms
preferred
About joining our team:
This is a full-time internal position here at Enquire. We offer competitive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-term & Long-term Disability, Life Insurance, 401k, FSA, Legal Assistance, Unlimited Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 commission annually.
