Reporting to the Senior Manager, Accounting, the Accounting Manager will play a critical role in the day-to-day accounting responsibilities and help the company scale for the future, in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work on the consolidation & global financial close activity.
• Manage and participate in the monthly close process and other daily activities, which includes preparing/reviewing of journal entries, accruals process, and account reconciliations
• Prepare various balance sheet and income statement fluctuation analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis for management and audit review
• Work on the intercompany accounting transactions and eliminations process.
• Initiate and lead improvements to accounting processes, as it relates to consolidations, intercompany transactions, and foreign currency gain/loss management
• Ensure all key internal controls over operations and financial reporting are in place and operating in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley rules and regulations
• Partners and provides guidance to newly acquired entities on month-end close and consolidation
• Work on process improvement projects prioritizing automation to achieve economies of scale
• Complete special projects as assigned
