Description

The Tool & Die Maker is responsible for producing parts in support of R&D and Manufacturing internal stakeholders. This position will work with other Toolmakers & Designers to help create maximum value for the company.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Create CAM programs proficiently for 3 CNC milling machines in Tool Room.
• Safely and efficiently operate 3-axis CNC.
• Produce accurate, high quality parts in support of R&D and Manufacturing internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other Toolmakers, Tool Designers, and Engineers to create maximum value for the company.
• Deliver high quality production fixturing and tooling in a timely fashion.
• Provide timely support to Production.
• Create a Safe and Productive Work Environment.

Requirements

Education Requirement

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Associate Degree preferred)
• Trained in CAM programming: 3-axis minimum. 4 and 5-axis is a plus.

Training/Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years (5 years preferred) - CAM Programming. SolidCAM is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years (5 years preferred) – Toolmaker
