About the Role

Enlyft has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Sales to join a rapidly growing SaaS company that is disrupting B2B customer acquisition with AI.You will join an already amazing team of collaborative, high energy, super fun and successful individuals. The team enjoys competition, love being a part of a high performing group, and possess a strong desire to succeed. The ideal leader will come in, harness this amazing talent, add structure and coaching, helping to take it to the next level.We are looking for a “watch me close this deal” hands-on, in-the-trenches kind of leader! A leader who is excited by the challenge of scaling both inbound and outbound sales and tripling the initial team in next 12 to 18 months.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a winning sales strategy to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Listen to sales calls, monitor all sales activity while making recommendations and helping close deals
  • Track and measure performance. Use data to identify training opportunities, process improvements, and technical enhancements to rapidly scale the business
  • Build a high energy and enthusiastic culture in which sales succeeds and thrives
  • Provide regular training and coaching to ensure team members are always performing at the top of their game
  • Continuous development of sales team including recruiting, hiring and onboarding new exceptional sales talent
  • Reports currently to the CEO

Qualifications

  • 7 years of sales experience with a SaaS product to both mid-market and SMB
  • 3 years of excellent results leading high performing sales team that is consistently outperforming the competition
  • Results-driven coach, mentor and role model who manages and develops best-in-class talent and drives group results through teamwork and individual performance improvement
  • Proven success building, scaling and closing outbound/inbound sales deals
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with customer success team resulting in renewal and expansion
  • A proven inside sales playbook to serve as a blueprint to quickly build the right strategy and ensure amazing execution
  • A growth mindset that measures performance, tests and iterates to find optimal solutions, and that leverages data to make strong and informed decisions
