Job Description
- Experience as a Buyer, Merchandiser or Product Developer in retail (5 years).
- Cruising / tourism / hospitality industries experience.
- Experience in the logo, apparel, or souvenirs categories (preferred).
- Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, including the use of charts and dashboards.
- Experience building cross-functional relationships and collaborations.
- Experience with incoterms, logistics and supply chain.
- Negotiation and organizational experience.
- Experience working with costs, prices, margins, and their differences with a commercial mindset, including having the ability to analyze, plan and forecast with accuracy.
- Good sense of aesthetics with good taste for designs / artwork.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising, Arts, Design, Fashion, Marketing, Business, Commerce, Visual Merchandising, Industrial Engineer, Administration, Management, Interior Designer, Product Development, Buying/Purchasing, Entrepreneurship.
