Engineering & Inspection Services is Hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager Near Metairie, LA
Engineering & Inspection Services, LLC is seeking a high-performing Sales & Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and meet revenue growth targets while keeping the company competitive and innovative. This individual will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and working closely with executive leadership to achieve the company’s business development goals. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of and experience with sales processes, marketing (including digital), lead generation, and relationship management. This role demands a dynamic leader with the ability to coach, advise, and motivate the company’s sales team to achieve and maintain high sales performance.

About the Position
- Develop and maintain a high-performing sales team through recruitment, training, coaching, and establishing goals and objectives.
- Direct the sales team to achieve sales and profit goals through market development.
- Manage company’s business development and sales plans
- Maximize client satisfaction to drive repeat business.
- Maintain direct involvement in events and tradeshows to expand and develop potential business.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Coordinate initiatives with the Marketing department to ensure sales team has proper tools and support.
- Assess and recommend training for the sales team as needed.
- Maintain effective communications with executive leadership and other peers to ensure the needs of the sales team are met.
- Oversee reporting to management.
- Develop, forecast, and track sales reports as needed.
- Approve and manage travel with related expense reports for the sales team.
- Work closely with management on budgets and cost controls related to sales.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Ability to travel
- Proficient with various sales concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge and use of sales tools including CRM systems.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective leadership abilities.
- Excellent communications skills to motivate the sales team to success.
- Self-motivated.
Education and Experience
- 10 years’ experience in positions within the sales hierarchy.
- Proven success rate in past sales positions.
- Experience in petrochemical industry preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
