Engineered Custom Coatings, LLC is a coatings manufacturing company dedicated to providing the highest quality custom designed paint solutions for applications in industrial OEM and consumer market segments.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician that is responsible for performing ongoing repairs and preventative maintenance of the building and the equipment within the building. This role is responsible for keeping the facility operating by staying proactive regarding repairs and maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Follows an extensive PM schedule established by the Facilities Manager.
• Performs routine maintenance, inspections, and service on equipment.
• Ensures the grounds are well-maintained.
• Responds to Maintenance Requests which includes completing maintenance orders in a timely fashion as to not disrupt general production schedules.
• Reports and records any damage, worn or broken parts to the Facility Manager.
• Regularly communicates with the Facilities Manager regarding the status of the building and equipment making recommendations when needed.
• Communicates with the Facilities Manager regarding any modifications required on equipment.
• Cleans, organizes, inventories and maintains parts, tools, and supplies.
• Provides recommendations for purchases of new equipment at all locations.
• Assists with environmental and/or safety projects when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management. 

Basic Qualifications:

•  Highschool Diploma or equivalent required. 
• Some vocational or community college with related coursework. 
• 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with an emphasis in paint and coatings. 
• Previous maintenance experience in a production environment. 
• Proven analytical and decision making skills. 
• Hazardous Material Training required within 90 days of employment.
