Using the latest in reconditioning equipment and practices at our World Class Machine Shop facility. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Safety – conduct all activities in a safe manner, utilizing PPE and adhering to company policy and alerting others regarding potential concerns. Safety is # 1 Strive for continual improvement within areas of responsibility. Good interpersonal skills to communicate with co-workers and management personnel. Willing to provide discretionary effort and work overtime as needed and approved by manager. Dependable Attendance, maintain accurate job times by clocking in and out of all jobs using company software. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Good attendance and work ethic required. Show of improved efficiency and productivity required. Basic understanding of all tooling required. Acquiring the necessary personal tools and instruments required. Displays company values (respect, integrity, etc…) required. Show a positive attitude required.
