If you’re local to Milwaukee, WI, we have an opportunity for you! Our client is actively seeking an Order Lead Processor for IMMEDIATE start on 2nd shift. This role pays $19.50/hr. 

JOB SUMMARY: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and working in the picking, processing and initial staging of palletized orders designated for LTL/FTL shipment. You will also efficiently process LTL shipments including stock and storage requirements.

HOURS: 

2nd shift: Monday through Friday 2:00PM to 10:30PM

JOB DUTIES:

• Monitor and print incoming Wholesale sales orders for Fulfillment
• Manage processing workflow. Delegate sales orders in order of ship-date and importance.
• Responsible for making sure sales orders are processed in a timely fashion.
• Print and delegate back orders when out of stock items are restocked. 
• Communicate out of stock items to Production Manager
• Process and pack sales orders for shipment using BC with Shiprush, and other shipping programs.
• Maintain shipping station. Keep inventory of shipping supplies and communicate reorder needs to Fulfillment Manager.
• Communicate with stocker/Warehouse regarding daily inventory needs
• Communicate with Sales dept. when necessary (phone, email)
• Assist in restocking/ maintaining inventory
• Assist in training new processors and order pickers
• Keep track of order entry mistakes.
• Delegate staging of Pallets for FedEx pickup
• Process FedEx end of day paperwork 
• Perform closing duties
• Responsible for being aware of and following all food safety protocols as required by Rishi Tea's food safety management system, as they relate to this position
