EnerStaff LLC is Hiring a Customer Service And Sales Support Representative Near Clear Lake, TX
EnerStaff is currently looking for a Customer Service/Sales Support Representative to work in our South Houston based office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing support to both an external client as well as the internal team during peak-times.
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Products, including Outlook, Excel and Word
3 years experience using Quickbooks
Experience navigating various shipping service accounts, including UPS and FedEx
Extensive experience with collections, payment follow-ups, invoice creation and order tracking
Must be comfortable providing customer service, answering inbound calls, and reaching out to our external Italian based client for specific product details/information
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Position is salary based monthly bonus
Start Date: Immediately
