Currently Hiring a Billing Specialist Hillsboro, Tx Temp to Perm $17 DOE Send resumes to bketchum@enerstaffusa.comKey Responsibilities:Process and prepare customers invoices.Responsible for accuracy and completeness of billing based on client guidelinesMaintain documentation (including invoice and company approval) Prepare monthly cash reconciliations.Enter vendor invoices accurately and timely.Communicate with customers and vendors in a professional and courteous manner and resolve any disputes.Maintain records related to the company’s off-site storage.Maintain online reconciliation process.Reconcile monthly intercompany transactions to ensure all entries have been recorded.Other general accounting and administrative duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:2 years’ experience in related field (i.e., fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bookkeeping, etc.)Keyboarding 10 key Ability to be an effective and collaborative team member and be comfortable communicating via phone and email.Must have high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Advance proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc.)Associate degree in Accounting preferredPublic Company experience.SAP experience.
