Currently hiring for an Administrator supports the daily project and proposal operations through assisting with a broad range of general administrative duties and responsibilities. This position performs work within a normal office environment.Location Fort Worth, TxPay $22.00Send resumes to bketchum@enerstaffusa.com, put Fort Worth in the subject Duties & Responsibilities: Under minimal supervision, the project administrator will provide: Project Duties Write, type, or enters information into spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and/or presentations, to prepare correspondence, bills, statements, receipts, checks, basic presentations, or other documents related to assigned projects. Assists the Project Manager in compiling memorandums and other documents, as needed. Sort and file project and other records. Prepare correspondence, as necessary to ensure clarity in communications between the project team, client, and other relevant departments. Answer telephone, convey messages, and run errands to/from other departments. Stamp, sort, and distribute mail.Photocopy documents as requested. Proposal DutiesRespond to customer RFPs, RFQs and RFIsHave technical writer skills to create, review and edit documents in a professional manner Compile and organize electronic RFP information into hard copy construction documentation Prepare technical responsesWork with Procurement and Subcontract’s to submit RFQ’s to SuppliersWork with Estimators to perform quantity take off’sGather information from Engineering, Procurement and ConstructionEnsure proposals are completed on time and issued to the customerStrong knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
