Energy Insurance Agency, a subsidiary of AAA Club Alliance Inc., is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our insurance team in Whitley City, KY! This individual will work closely with our Account Managers to learn the business, assisting them with daily tasks, greeting customers and answering phones. *** An active Property & Casualty license is NOT required! We will pay for you to obtain your license within your first year of employment! **** We are looking for someone who will Greet visitors, determine their needs, check appointments and direct them to the proper person or office. Receive all telephone calls incoming to the agency and refer call to the proper person or office. Communicate with carriers on behalf of account managers to assist with questions or concerns Take messages for agency personnel. Assist agency personnel to initiate telephone calls, as necessary.
