For more information, see our web site at www.energyfocusinc.com.The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving/assisting in achieving opportunity‐based sales quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar, and in person. This individual will also actively participate in the planning and executing company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.Specific needs:Conduct online research to ID prospects via Hoovers tool, LinkedIn, basic web searches, etc.Call prospects and qualify from research and prospect listsCommunication skills are an absolute must.Enter relevant contact info into salesforce.comIdentify key decision‐makers in accountsFully understand EFOI’s capabilities in this spaceComplete outbound call activities while also maintaining customer quote requirementsUnderstand basic pros/cons of retrofit vs. new fixturesTechnical degree or equivalent background preferredMust be comfortable interacting with maintenance personnel and electriciansMust be able to understand basic electrical principlesUS military veterans preferredThe main focus of the role is lead generation and qualification.
